Ephesians 4:25 (Amplified Bible) Therefore, rejecting all falsity and being done now with it, let everyone express the truth with his neighbor, for we are all parts of one body and members one of another.
There is a difference in the truth, and in the perception of the truth. And yet, it is not Truth that changes. Truth is not relative, becoming what it is in the eye of the beholder. God's Truth remains constant; it is complete and absolute in Him. Imagine if all you know, or think you know, was found to be wrong. You suddenly are at a loss and have nowhere to turn--nowhere except for God, that is. Does that thought comfort, or trouble you? Are you willing to let all you think you know come under the close scrutiny of the Holy Spirit? Are you willing to "trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not to your own understanding?" Are we willing to let how we perceive the Truth concerning God's church to come under the scrutiny of the Holy Spirit? How far would we go to ensure His church is His? And when all is said and done, how much are we willing to give up of our own perceptions of His Truth?
Have A Blessed Day
