Led By The Spirit

Galatians 3:24 (NKJV) Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

God's laws have always been in existence. He is a God that does not change. The written law came when God's people continued to fail at living up to His standards. The law was given to show the people they needed a savior; a redeemer. Through Jesus Christ we can now receive the promise of the Holy Spirit, to be led not by rules and regulations, but by the Spirit of God each day. Through Jesus Christ, we can now focus on being led by the Holy Spirit each day instead of focusing on laws, rules and regulations. The Bible says that by the works of the law, no one will be justified. But, the righteous man shall live by faith. The Holy Spirit is here to guide you through life, give you spiritual wisdom and understanding, power to carry out the purpose for your life, and to show you what that purpose is. If you've been obsessed with trying to keep laws, commandments, rules and regulations, begin to focus more on hearing the voice of God and being led by the Holy Spirit. If you follow and listen to His voice, you can never go wrong.
