Lay Hold Of It

From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been forcefully advancing, and forceful men lay hold of it. -Matthew 11:12

When you set your heart and mind to moving out the boundary, or "fence" of faith within you, it won't be an easy task. However, the rewards are great. Simply because faith pleases God (Hebrews 11:6). It will be necessary to spend quality time in the Word of God, reading your Bible everyday. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. But when you fill yourself up with the promises of God, you will begin to easily recognize the devils lies. There may be facts in the world, but only Gods word is truth! There's got to be a rebellion. A rebellion against the lies of the devil. If you're going to choose to believe the promises of God rather than listen and believe the lies of the devil, you will have to make a conscious decision to rebel and forcefully lay hold of what God has in store for you. The good news is when you make the decision to do so, Jesus is right there to give you strength, wisdom, peace and power to overcome! You may need to force yourself to start setting aside time every day to seek God's plan for your life; time to pray and time to read your Bible. But God's words are life to all that find them. Decide today to forcefully advance in your relationship with God and your position in His Kingdom. Lay hold of it!

Have A Blessed day
