1 Corinthians 14:33 (KJV) For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace.
When you have decisions to make, you can know that you are making the right decision when you seek the Lord first. He is not the author of confusion, but will lead you in the way of peace. If after much prayer you are still confused, it is time to wait for the peace of God. If you have a mental lack of clarity it is best to wait instead of making a rash decision. If the decision you are about to make does not give you an inner quietness and rest, it is best to continue seeking God through prayer and reading the Bible for clear direction. God may not always give you the full picture of every infinite detail, but what He will give you is peace.
